Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Handle food preparation and food handling duties, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Operate POS systems such as SQUARE to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating spaces
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cash register operations and cashiering tasks
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
