Qualifications

***Personal reliable transportation and valid drivers license required.

***Must be able to pass a background check & a drug screening.

Ability to appear presentable and professional.

Ability to be on time to appointments. We allow up to an hour window and are understanding of unforeseen events within reason.

Ability to twist, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended times without trouble.

Ability to lift up to 30lbs without issue.

Ability to maintain scheduled appointments, communicate with customers to confirm appointments, and collect payment for jobs (give it to supervisor) if needed.

Capability to work independently while following a cleaning schedule and checklist.

Basic understanding of chemical safety, SDSs, and OSHA standards.

Prior cleaning experience is often preferred but not always required.

Highschool diploma or GED is often preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleanings of residential homes to company amd client standards.

Follow written and verbal instructions.

Follow and utilize a checklist.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.

Manage cleaning equipment, supplies, and tasks.

Confirm appointments with customers before scheduled clean.

Manage and communicate schedule openings.

Drive to varies residential locations (within 35 mile radius) while adhering to safety regulations.

Wash, clean, and / or sanitize toilets, tubs, floors, walls, stoves, windows, and more.

Help reorganize and declutter.

Straighten up varies rooms and items as required.

All other tasks as assigned.

Kit's is always understanding to different life situations and availability. Prefer morning start times. Work days vary from 2-8hrs between 8am-5pm.

As a Professional Residential Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in clients' homes, ensuring a welcoming environment. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in cleaning and customer service to deliver exceptional residential cleaning services. Your expertise in floor care and laundry will enhance client satisfaction, while your organizational skills may occasionally be utilized for special requests. With relevant experience in residential, janitorial, and custodial roles, you will contribute to the overall quality and reputation of our cleaning services.

Cleaners get paid hourly, plus potential tips, and often times get bonus time or pay added to their checks.
