Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children under your supervision
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education.
-Certifications required: two, department approved non-credit courses to be qualified to become a Teacher.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Ability to educate and engage with young students effectively
- Experience working with children with special education needs is a plus
- Familiarity with preschool curriculum and classroom management techniques
