Job Overview:

Duties:
- Prepare and serve food following company recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling payments through our POS.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Upsell products and engage with customers to enhance their experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register and POS system
- Understanding of food safety principles
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Experience in food service or food handling
- Familiarity with bubble tea shop environments
- Proficiency in using a cash register and POS system
