KISS Cafe is a Brunch Cafe specializing in housemade, locally sourced, and delicious breakfast and lunch between 8AM and 3PM

A Stage (Working Interview) is required for this position. This stage is paid ($10/hr).

A formal interview may be required in order to schedule the stage.

This position is paid between a set hourly payroll rate (Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit) and a set hourly tipout rate. (Weekly Cash-In-Hand)

Starting pay is based upon performance during the stage, along with experience.

Responsibilities

• Member may be cross-trained between Hosting, Bussing, Expediting/ Food Running, and Bagel Counter Sales Associate positions.
• The Trainee is expected to work weekends, as these are the busiest days for our Brunch Cafe.
• The opportunity for increasing hours and pay is available and dependant upon performance.

Qualifications

• MUST be available to work weekends.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to work quickly in a small space.
• Dedication to working as a team towards one goal - satisfaction of our guests.
• Great customer service skills.
• Previous experience is a plus but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
