The anticipated compensation range is
22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance-management processes.
- Prepare management reporting packages, financial analyses, variance reviews, and executive-level presentations.
- Support monthly and year-end close activities and maintain financial schedules and reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate banking, covenant compliance, lender reporting, audit requests, and other financing-related documentation.
- Support financial dashboards, reporting tools, data integrity, automation, and process-improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business teams to evaluate financial impacts, support operational initiatives, and provide financial guidance.
- Support special projects and other Finance priorities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3 years of relevant FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or financial-analysis experience preferred
- Strong MS Office, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required
