What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Innovative Rocket Technologies Inc.?
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to be an early pillar in our finance team. You’ll help with financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support iRocket’s growth trajectory.
The Role
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and budgets
- Support cash flow management and capital planning
- Conduct cost analysis, margin analysis, and performance metrics
- Liaise with other departments to gather input and validate assumptions
- Maintain financial models and sensitivity analyses
- Assist with audits, accounting policies, and compliance tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modeling
- Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP or relevant)
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
