About Our Client Company:
Our retained client is a Series A technology company building category-defining infrastructure to make trust scalable.
They are launching a B2B2C verification platform that helps enterprises and developers verify anything — from user authenticity and credentials to transactions and partnerships — without exposing personal data.
The company is backed by top-tier investors including Circle Ventures, with over $25M raised and significant existing revenue streams. Their Mission: To rebuild trust between people, brands, and platforms in an Internet that has forgotten what’s real, by verifying anything.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing — a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of GTM strategy, product positioning, analytics, and growth execution.
You’ll own the go-to-market foundation for both the enterprise-facing Truth Engine product and its developer ecosystem. This means defining the story, systems, and metrics that turn early traction into measurable adoption and revenue.
You’ll bring structure, focus, and data-driven execution to a fast-moving startup that’s ready to scale.
What You’ll Do:
Build the Foundation
- Architect the marketing infrastructure from the ground up (CRM, analytics, attribution, lifecycle tools).
- Define clear KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards that measure funnel health, CAC/LTV, engagement, and retention.
- Implement lightweight, scalable systems that support multi-audience GTM.
Lead Product Marketing & GTM
- Develop messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy for enterprise verification and developer platform products.
- Define ICPs, personas, and use cases across verticals like AdTech, loyalty, and identity verification.
- Create enablement materials for sales, product, and partnerships to ensure alignment across launches.
- Translate complex technology into clear value propositions for both enterprise and developer audiences.
Drive Growth & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and execute full-funnel campaigns across web, search, events, social, and partner ecosystems.
- Run experiments to improve acquisition, onboarding, and retention across B2B and developer funnels.
- Develop growth playbooks that can be scaled and repeated across new markets and products.
- Oversee or collaborate with agencies for content, brand, and performance execution.
Analyze, Report & Optimize
- Build reporting frameworks that connect spend to pipeline, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Analyze data to uncover bottlenecks and new opportunities for conversion and retention.
- Present actionable insights to leadership with clear business impact.
What You Bring:
- 8 years of experience in marketing roles within high-growth tech companies in player-coach type of dynamic.
- 5 years and proven track record in product and growth marketing, ideally in B2B2C or enterprise SaaS environments (FinTech, AdTech, MarTech, identity verification, or developer tools).
- Expertise defining ICPs, personas, and GTM strategies for multi-audience products.
- Hands-on experience building and managing marketing systems (CRM, lifecycle automation, attribution, analytics).
- Strong command of data and metrics — you make decisions grounded in CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention analysis.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering.
- Experience with developer marketing, SDK adoption, or ecosystem storytelling is a plus.
- Tools: HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio, Figma, Asana, or similar.
- Mindset: Resourceful, analytical, and relentlessly focused on clarity, accountability, and results. You love structure, but you move fast and think like an owner.
Why This Role:
- Rare opportunity to define and scale the marketing engine for a well-funded Series A company tackling one of the Internet’s biggest problems — trust and identity verification.
- High visibility: work directly with the founding team on strategy, positioning, and growth.
- Culture built on creativity, transparency, and execution, not bureaucracy.
- Fully remote or hybrid (if in NYC). Flexible hours based on location.
