Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience with banking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in core banking system implementations (e.g., CSI, FIS, FiServ).
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to achieve critical business outcomes.
- Willingness to step outside of their comfort zone to tackle new and complex problems.
- Eager to pursue ongoing education, certifications, or training to stay ahead in the industry.
