We are seeking a talented and team-oriented Sous Chef to join our Balfour Riverfront Park community where we offer senior living nestled in the heart of Denver, CO. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.
Our Sous Chefs assist in preparing all food to the highest standards with thoughtfully designed menus often for multiple dining venues. Ensures excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times.
Schedule: Full-time | 8am-4:30pm or 10am-6:30pm | Off Sun/Mon
Pay: $29-$30.25/hr

What will I do every day?
- Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and
scratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes - Assists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares,
equipment and supplies - Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Train and develop new kitchen associates
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day

- Be a progressive and creative thinker
- Be a high school graduate (preferred)
- Have 3 years of professional culinary experience
- 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
- A current ServSafe certification required
