Dash is an AI-powered automotive assistant being developed by Kirusa. It helps drivers understand vehicle problems, complete guided diagnostic checks, plan repairs, find parts, and connect with repair shops.
We are preparing to grow Dash’s early user community through hands-on outreach, automotive events, local partnerships, and grassroots marketing.
We are looking for an outgoing and motivated college student to join Dash as a part-time Field Marketing & Community Growth Intern for Summer 2026.
You will work directly with the product lead to introduce Dash to drivers at automotive parts stores, car meets, and community events throughout the Jacksonville area. You will also help interested users complete the onboarding process and provide feedback that improves our messaging, promotions, and product experience.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is interested in cars or technology, and wants meaningful experience helping an early-stage product acquire and engage its first users.
- Introduce Dash to drivers at automotive parts stores, car meets, and local community events
- Explain Dash’s benefits through short, approachable conversations
- Help interested users scan a QR code, create an account, add their vehicle, and complete onboarding
- Distribute flyers, rack cards, and other marketing materials
- Collect user feedback and identify common questions, objections, and areas of interest
- Help test and improve outreach messaging, promotions, and onboarding campaigns
- Track outreach activity, signups, activation, and user feedback
- Support grassroots marketing, community partnerships, and social media initiatives as needed
- Share observations and recommendations with the product lead and startup team
- Currently enrolled in college, preferably studying marketing, communications, entrepreneurship, business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Interested in cars, automotive technology, artificial intelligence, startups, or consumer applications
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently in the field
- Able to represent Dash professionally at community and automotive events
- Previous marketing, sales, event promotion, social media, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation is strongly preferred
Automotive expertise is not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is curious, personable, dependable, and willing to learn.
