At Electro, we're building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and pro athletes across the country.
Heads up, this is an unpaid role. We're hiring an intern to support athlete outreach and CRM management. You'll be responsible for keeping athlete communications running smoothly and making sure every ambassador feels connected to the brand.

✦ Comfortable with Instagram DMs and basic CRM tools.
✦ Bonus if you've worked with influencer or affiliate programs before.
✦ Strong written English and communication skills.
✦ Quick learner who can pick up internal tools and systems fast.
✦ Passion for sports, NIL, or athlete culture (preferred but not required).
✦ Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates.
Day to Day
✦ Flag unique requests or issues to the founding team quickly.
✦ Keep athlete records organized and up to date.
✦ Recruit new affiliates into our ambassador program and walk them through onboarding.
✦ Represent the brand voice with energy, positivity, and care in every message.
✦ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.
✦ Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.
