What You’ll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in creating a five-star experience for our patients — before they even sit in the chair.
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, treatment planning, and scheduling
- Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
- Verify insurance, manage billing, and follow up on claims
- Collaborate with the clinical team for seamless patient flow
- Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations
- Step into a leadership role (Office Manager capacity) if applicable
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a dental front office role
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a professional presence
- Office Manager experience is a plus, but motivated coordinators looking to grow are encouraged to apply
