Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and answering multi-line phone systems.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, providing excellent customer service.
- Process collections and manage billing inquiries using EMR systems.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and effective patient communication.
