Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, coachable, and prepared to tackle any job related to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture, ensuring that properties are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. No formal experience is required, we are happy to train anyone willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities, including mowing and trimming.
- Maintain landscapes through planting, pruning, and caring for trees and shrubs.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
- Assist in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct snow plowing during the winter months to keep properties accessible.
- Provide general maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred, but not required.
- Punctuality and strong work ethic.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
