Position Overview
KIRCO MANIX Construction (KMC) is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects. This role serves as the primary field leader and representative of KMC, responsible for coordinating daily site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and with the highest level of quality.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from project start through completion
Serve as the primary field contact for subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal project teams
Maintain working knowledge of project plans, specifications, subcontracts, and change orders
Oversee daily field documentation including RFIs, progress reports, safety observations, and photos in Procore
Promote and enforce KMC’s safety standards on the job site
Lead regular site meetings to review schedule progress and coordinate subcontractor activities
Collaborate with Project Management and Accounting teams to support project budget and schedule goals
Manage punch lists and project closeout to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
10–15 years of commercial construction experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site development, and project scheduling
Proven leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
Experience with Procore and construction management software preferred

Physical Requirements
Ability to walk active construction sites for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, kneeling, and balancing as required on job sites.
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
