- a college degree or 4 years equivalent industry or specialty experience.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience in a technical field.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Business acumen.
