What will I do as an Account Specialist?
- Performing, monitoring, and maintaining crib management in coordination with a sales team
- Participating in inventory functions, improving inventory flow, and analyzing and determining inventory levels
- Analyzing opportunities to suggest and upsell products
- Delivering materials to customer sites; stocking and replenishing.
- Providing reporting as required
- Developing and maintaining constructive relationships with customers and the sales and operations teams.
- Two years of equivalent college-level coursework or a High School diploma/GED and some technical or trade school in a related field
- 2 years of relevant work experience, including electrical product knowledge
- Computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office with functional knowledge of Excel pivot tables, preferred
- Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-directed, goal-oriented, able to work independently, with a minimum of supervision
- Able to deliver Customer Service Excellence
Certificates/Licenses Required
- For Hire license required and a safe driving record
- Forklift Certification preferred
