Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products promptly and accurately across designated routes.
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and departures while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting when necessary, maintaining safety standards at all times.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including receipts, route logs, and inventory checks.
- Organize daily routes for optimal efficiency, utilizing route driving skills to minimize delays and maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial driving, route driving, or related roles within a delivery or logistics environment.
- Strong math skills for handling inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during loading and unloading processes.
- Demonstrated organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and delivery paperwork effectively.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
