Part-Time Office Assistant
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help with office tasks, client assistance, and light administrative work.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
- Handle filing, data entry, and document organization
- Support bookkeeping, DMV, and notary departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Friendly, professional, and organized
- Basic computer and office skills
Schedule: Part-time (flexible weekday hours, Saturdays by appointment)
