About Kinzler Corporation

Kinzler Corporation is a family- and employee-owned company founded in 1984. What began as a small, garage-based business has grown into a leading provider of specialty construction services and building products with operations across multiple states. As an employee-owned organization, we are committed to creating long-term value for our customers, communities, and fellow employee-owners.

At Kinzler, our success is built on strong relationships, a commitment to doing the right thing, and a culture that encourages growth, innovation, and continuous improvement. Guided by our core values of Building Relationships, Integrity, Dedication, Servant Heart, and Solving Problems, we believe every team member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Our Support Office teams play a critical role in helping our branches and operations succeed. We remove complexity so our operations teams can focus on serving customers, developing employees, and growing the business. Whether working in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, Payroll, Safety, or other support functions, team members collaborate across the organization to solve problems, drive improvement, and create opportunities for our employee-owners.

If you're looking for a career where your ideas matter, your contributions are valued, and your success is tied to the success of the company, Kinzler offers the opportunity to grow alongside a team that is building opportunity, wealth, and a strong future for our employee-owners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted recruiting advisor — helping define talent needs, recruiting strategy, candidate profiles, and market approach.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offer development, closing candidates, and onboarding handoff.
  • Directly source professional, technical, management, and leadership talent, including passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking, referrals, industry groups, market research, talent mapping, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage hard-to-find candidates.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for positions such as Project Managers, Sales Leaders, IT professionals, operational leadership, and other specialized roles.
  • Build proactive pipelines for recurring and high-volume field and skilled-trade positions.
  • Reduce dependence on external recruiting agencies by developing strong internal sourcing capabilities and long-term talent networks.
  • Manage recruiting activity through UKG Ready, our applicant tracking system, ensuring timely candidate movement, communication, documentation, and hiring-manager visibility.
  • Help optimize recruiting workflows, automation, reporting, and candidate experience within UKG Ready.
  • Build relationships with trade schools, technical programs, colleges, workforce development organizations, professional associations, and industry networks.
  • Support employer branding efforts, career fairs, recruiting campaigns, social sourcing, and community engagement.
  • Use recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, agency spend, and offer acceptance to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Support recruiting and workforce integration during company acquisitions.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
  • Quarterly profit-sharing opportunities through our Great Game program

As an employee-owned company, you'll have the opportunity to share in Kinzler's success through our ESOP and profit-sharing programs while building your career alongside a team committed to our core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
  • Proven success recruiting across multiple job functions and levels, including professional, technical, operational, sales, and skilled-trade positions.
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through proactive outreach strategies.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
