- Make sure everything is sealed, covered, and installed correctly - quality matters
- Do a final walkthrough with your crew leader and clean up the site when finished
- Work outside the cubicle world - hands-on, physical, team-driven work

- You're comfortable working in different environments and following safety rules
- At least 1 year of insulation install or construction experience is a plus not a requirement
- MUST have a valid drivers license
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift, carry, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and heights as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
