This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manufacturing Consultant. The position is based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely on select occasions. The Manufacturing Consultant will oversee manufacturing processes, assist in implementing and optimizing supply chain strategies, and manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, advising on operational improvements, analyzing data to enhance production workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.
- Experience in Manufacturing process management, including optimizing workflows and implementing operational improvements
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, with the ability to analyze and streamline operations
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and experience in deploying or utilizing ERP tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or wellness industry is advantageous
