At Kinze Manufacturing, we're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll partner with production, operations, and design engineering to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, improve quality, and develop practical solutions that make manufacturing safer, more efficient, and more productive.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with production teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
- Design tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve safety, quality, and productivity.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Support new product launches and ensure products are designed for manufacturability.
- Design and implement process improvements throughout manufacturing.
- Recommend new equipment and manufacturing technologies that support continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build better products and better processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a fabrication, welding, assembly, or similar manufacturing environment.
- Experience improving manufacturing processes through Lean principles, tooling and fixture design, CAD/3D modeling, and manufacturing systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Enjoys working on the production floor alongside manufacturing teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship from Kinze Manufacturing.
