Senior Support Analyst - EDI/API Integrations
We are looking for an experienced B2Bi and Integration Sr. Support Analyst with strong expertise in Axway B2Bi, Axway Gateway Interchange, IBM ITX, API Management, and Linux. The role is mainly responsible for providing support, enhancements and maintenance of the B2Bi/EDI/API integrations for enterprise customers, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between internal systems and external trading partners.
- Highly motivated team player with good understanding of Logistics operations and experience in multiple integration platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple high-priority B2Bi projects in a 24x7 support environment
- Ready to work in a challenging environment to resolve production support incidents.
- Experienced troubleshoot and problem resolution skills.
- Produce Daily and Weekly reports to IT Management related to B2Bi service request and support incident tickets.

- Ready to work during weekends schedule to provide 24 x 7 production support on B2Bi Integrations.
- Provide training, assistance and share knowledge with the team members.
- Maintain professional relationships, collaborate and co-ordinate across group IT team members.
- Identify recurring production issues/incidents and provide permanent resolutions.
- Regular monitoring of system health check, alerts notifications, failure notifications and bring it resolution.
- Create, maintain and follow up on support tickets and service requests and bring to the closure within the SLA timelines.
- Implement best support practices and provide support to team members.
- Create and maintain functional, technical process data flows and operational procedure.
- Follows company’s IT standards, code of conduct, policies, support procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of B2Bi working experience in Axway B2Bi, IBM ITX, API Management in providing support and assistance to customers relating to Onboarding, Maintenance & Support activities in EDI and API integrations in hybrid cloud environment model.
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects with business users and internal IT team working together collectively to deliver results.
- Expertise on Axway B2Bi data flow and mapping services skillset, system health system, and transaction status monitoring.
- Expertise in IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) design studio, command server and launcher server.
- Good API working knowledge on JSON, Swagger, Open API, WSDL, SOAP XML, transformations, API connectors, Catalog, publish, maintain, manage access in API Portals and various API authentications like API Key, OAuth, basic userid/password, SSL etc.
- Possess good technical expertise and perform EDI (ANSI-X12 / EDIFACT / XML / CSV / JSON / SOAP XML) map development related to logistics industry, and using standard protocols of AS2 / SFTP / FTP / PESIT / MQ / MQFTE etc and possess good understanding of Logistics and SCM operations to conduct and manage project development.
- Ability to work 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support.
- Must respond to all incidents within SLA timelines.
- Individual contributor – ability to handle the issues without senior supervision.
