Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for power systems products and equipment
- Troubleshoot field issues and support testing/commissioning activities
- Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
- Develop technical documentation, reports, and troubleshooting guides
- Support remote monitoring systems and customer inquiries
- Analyze technical trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, service providers, and customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in power systems, field service, technical support, or related industry
- Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and field support activities
- Familiarity with substations, relays, switchgear, SCADA, or industrial power systems preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and technical reporting tools
Preferred Background:
- Utility, renewable energy, industrial power, or electrical systems experience
- Knowledge of NEC, UL, IEC, or related industry standards
- Experience supporting customers and cross-functional technical teams
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
