This role is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-established organization that is undertaking significant upcoming enhancements and new module implementations within their HR technology landscape.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a hands-on role in designing, building, and supporting enterprise HR systems primarily Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Oracle EBS. With new HCM and Talent modules scheduled to go live in 2025–2026, this individual will contribute to key transformation initiatives while ensuring ongoing operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-stack development efforts across frontend, backend, and database layers.Architect, code, and implement enhancements and new features within Oracle HCM Cloud applications.Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher reports.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality solutions.Partner closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver stable, scalable systems.Provide technical oversight to consultants and junior developers.Support incident management activities, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and long-term fixes.Champion best practices in coding standards, system design, and overall engineering quality.Required Skills & Experience3 years of experience with SQL and either Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL.Proven experience working across frontend, backend, and database components.Hands-on experience with enterprise HR applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, or Oracle EBS.Strong background in REST API integrations.Experience building BI Publisher reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.Ability to mentor technical team members and lead delivery efforts.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.Background in project management or business analysis.Experience writing unit, integration, or automated test suites.Why This Opportunity Stands OutInvolvement in major upcoming HCM and Talent Cloud implementations.Highly stable industry with long-term career growth potential.Strong focus on employee development, training, and technical excellence.Excellent total rewards package including healthcare, retirement benefits, paid leave, and more.Company DescriptionKintec Search is a provider of talent to the construction, engineering and renewable energy industries throughout the United States.
