- Expertise in Absence Management.
- Experience with Overtime Calculation / Overtime Management or related configurations.
- Hands-on experience with functional tools and application configuration.
- Experience supporting workforce management processes.
- Knowledge of US and Canadian HR policies, business requirements, and system configurations.
- Ability to gather requirements, configure applications, troubleshoot issues, and support business users.
