Restoration / Façade Project Manager – Washington D.C.

One of the leading restoration contractors in Washington D.C., specializing in façade restoration, exterior envelope repairs, and construction projects. The company is known for delivering high-quality work on commercial, institutional, and landmark buildings across the city.
Responsibilities
- Manage façade and exterior restoration projects from start to finish
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with Local Law 11, DOB regulations, and safety standards
- Supervise field operations including rigging, scaffolding, and site logistics
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Track project progress, costs, and change orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Lead site meetings and manage project documentation and reporting
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in façade or exterior restoration within the DMV region.
- Strong knowledge of Local Law 11 (FISP) and D.C. building codes
- Proven background working for a reputable commercial restoration contractor
- Hands-on experience with rigging, scaffolding, and exterior access systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
