Exterior Restoration

We are working with a well-established NYC restoration contractor that is actively hiring an Assistant Project Manager due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work.

The Role
- You will support Project Managers across multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
- Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
- Supporting communication between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Tracking project progress and preparing reports
- Assisting with permits, compliance, and documentation
- Supporting project close-out and handover
Experience Required
- Experience in construction as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar
- Exposure to facade, concrete, masonry, roofing, or waterproofing projects preferred
- Experience working on NYC-based projects is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ambitious and looking to progress into a Project Manager role
