Description:Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly? Kinsley Power Systems is looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing inventory and ensuring the timely distribution of parts to our field technicians.Key Responsibilities:Order, receive, and stage preventive maintenance and repair partsAssist field technicians with part look-ups, compatibility, and availabilityMaintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess or obsolete partsWork with suppliers to ensure necessary parts are available in the correct quantitiesProcess part sales, prepare invoices, and arrange shipments for external customersPurchase supplies and materials for the Service DepartmentManage returns efficiently to secure full credit from suppliersMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and seek new partnerships when neededEnsure warranty and unused stock returns are processed within specified time framesParticipate in cycle counts and physical inventories to troubleshoot quantity discrepanciesWork closely with Finance to reconcile open jobs and invoicesKeep the stockroom organized and ensure superior customer service to internal and external customersPreferred Experience:High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of relevant experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered)Previous parts/inventory experience is a plusProficiency with computers; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a bonusAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, changing environmentMechanical inclination; knowledge of diesel and gas engines is preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasksCommitment to safety and teamworkExcellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and colleaguesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.Requirements:
