As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Production Chef to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cooking in a fast-paced production environment, takes pride in craftsmanship and consistency, and wants to grow alongside an expanding food business.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of meals, sauces, soups, proteins, vegetables, and market offerings
- Execute recipes consistently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Assist with daily production, prep work, and packaging as needed
- Support recipe development, testing, and menu execution
- Work extensively with fresh vegetables, seasonal ingredients, and scratch-made preparations
- Assist with light baking and prepared foods production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help identify opportunities for efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
- Experience with high-volume production cooking preferred
- Passion for healthy, seasonal, ingredient-driven food
- Comfortable working at least one weekend day per week
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
