Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Greet and check in clients/patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Maintain accurate client/patient records in office software systems
- Process payments and provide receipts as needed
- Assist clients/patients with forms and general questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Office Operations & Administrative Support
- Help manage provider schedules and appointment flow
- Monitor and order office supplies and inventory as needed
- Assist with general office organization and workflow improvements
- Support administrative projects and operational tasks as needed
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure office systems run efficiently
- Assist with light reporting or reconciliation tasks when requested
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, administrative, or office support roles preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate office needs
