Job Description:
We’re looking for a Finishing Hand with experience in underground utilities to join our crew. This role is key to wrapping up projects the right way — you’ll be responsible for restoring job sites, final grading, and helping prep for inspections and project close-out. If you take pride in a clean, professional-looking finish and know what it means to leave a site better than you found it, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform final grading, backfill, and compaction to meet job specs

- Restore landscaping, sidewalks, driveways, or pavement as needed

- Set and adjust utility structures like manhole rings/lids and valve boxes to final grade

- Assist with cleanup and job site restoration before inspections

- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and ready for turnover

- Work closely with foremen and inspectors to ensure punch lists are completed
