- Manage Child Support and Medical Support orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Process garnishments and other wage-related deductions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Oversee unemployment claims, including responding to state agencies and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Process verification of employment requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Grant and manage system access for new employees, ensuring compliance with security and HR protocols.
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with HR documentation and system set-up.
- Provide support to the HR Manager on employee relations issues, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Partner with the HR team on projects, audits, and process improvements.
- Support HR communications, including notices and updates related to benefits, compliance, or policies.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Bilingual - Spanish Required
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support or specialist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, garnishments, and employment regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
