Job Summary
Kingswood Oxford School is seeking qualified candidates for seasonal coaching positions during the 2026-27 school year. Coaches play an important role in fostering student-athlete growth through skill development, character, sportsmanship, academic success, and community engagement. Programs with coaching vacancies include:
● Cross Country
● Field Hockey
● Soccer
● Volleyball
● Basketball
● Swimming & Diving
● Baseball
Responsibilities
● Organize and lead practices and competitions.
● Plan and manage all aspects of team preparation and game-day operations.
● Foster the development of student-athletes in alignment with the mission and core values of Kingswood Oxford School.
● Support student-athletes by emphasizing academic success, character development, social-emotional growth, and community involvement.
● Complete end-of-season responsibilities, including collection of uniforms and equipment, award recommendations, and a season summary.
● Create a competitive, positive, and inclusive environment for all student-athletes.
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous coaching experience preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop student-athletes.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
