As a Project Consultant, you will play a critical role in engaging with key stakeholders across IDNs, private healthcare providers, architects, general contractors, and construction teams. You will guide projects from initial enquiry through to specification and delivery, ensuring Kingsway Group products are integrated seamlessly and deliver real-world safety and performance benefits.
Customer Engagement - Develop strong relationships with clients, including key stake holders, architects, contractors, and project managers, to understand their needs and challenges.
Project Consultancy - Provide expert technical and product advice across Kingsway's range, helping specifiers and designers make informed choices aligned with clinical and operational needs.
Specification Development - Produce accurate and compliant specifications, collaborating closely with the internal design, estimating, and sales team members to ensure consistency and clarity.
Pipeline Management - Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up, CRM updates, and progression through each stage of the project lifecycle.
Site Visits - Attend project sites for meetings providing guidance and technical reassurance to clients and contractors to keep opportunities on track aligned with forecast close dates.
Desirable Skills:
· Knowledge of mental health design guidelines
· Familiarity with anti-ligature and anti-barricade solutions
· Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

Requirements:
· Experience in selling in clinical/build environments through construction consultancy, project management and architectural specification
· Proven track record of working with IDNs, hospitals, general contractors, or similar stakeholders
· Strong understanding of capital projects, construction timelines, and the specification process
· Technically competent and able to read/interpret architectural drawings and plans
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, problem-solving approach
· Comfortable working independently and travelling across assigned US territory as needed
· Staying current with Kingsway Products, mental health guidelines and competitor activities
