Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Membership Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include assisting the Membership Director in the sales process by being the expert on the Club and occasionally conducting Club tours. The candidate must be well versed in all aspects including pricing, categories and amenities as well as lead all Members through the Club onboarding process. Additionally, the ideal applicant must be well-spoken and have an impressive presence when delivering club tours to prospective and New Members.
Kingsmill Resort is the jewel of Williamsburg, Virginia. Members and resort guests are treated to three 18-hole golf courses including our River Course which has hosted numerous PGA and LPGA events. Recently the Club has undergone major transformations including a new World Class Fitness Facility, reimagined dining areas and wonderful programming options. Kingsmill also boasts beautiful on-site accommodations, expansive Racquet Sports facility and multiple retail locations.
Responsibilities:
- Set up New Members in all Club systems and communicate to both the Member and Staff once privileges are set up
- Lead New Members and Staff through the New Member Onboarding protocol
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective Members
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing Member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner
- Maintain all Membership records
- Develop and foster relationships with local real estate professionals
-May be called upon to conduct membership tours
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is a huge bonus
-Organization skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient in utilizing technology for sales purposes (CRM systems, email marketing tools, etc.)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
