Key Responsibilities:
- Implement membership awareness at the campground through various promotional methods, including welcome calls/emails, camp-in's, educational workshops, events, and marketing materials.
- Identify prospects for membership and guide them through the sales cycle.
- Stay up-to-date on new membership products and provide expert information to potential customers.
- Run arrival reports to identify incoming guests and contact them to introduce ourselves as Membership Specialists.
- Work with park staff to distribute membership materials at check-in and attend park events and Manager meetings.
- Set appointments for membership presentations and deliver effective sales pitches to interested guests.
- Curate a list of top prospects for follow-up and obtain member referrals.
- Assist with inventory management of flyers and signage, as well as corporate reporting to the Area Coordinator.
- Participate in incentive programs and promote the Ambassador Program at the park.
Requirements and Skills:
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Email, and cloud-based software sales programs.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Professional behavior and appearance, with a results-oriented sales environment.
- Self-motivated and strong multitasker, with the ability to work independently.
