What You'll DoAs a Luxury Residential Security Officer, you will:
- Control resident and visitor access using established security procedures
- Verify identification and authorize entry for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols to identify safety or security concerns
- Monitor property activity and report suspicious or unusual incidents
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies, alarms, medical incidents, and security situations
- Prepare accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional security presence
- Build positive relationships with residents, guests, and property staff
Required:
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:
- Previous security experience
- Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, hotel, condominium, or customer service environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
