Kingsley Security is hiring a professional and reliable Security Officer for an ultra-luxury residential condominium in Miami, FL 33137.

$20.00 PER HOUR

Schedule

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

32 Hours per Week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer who can provide a high level of security, professionalism, and white-glove customer service in a luxury residential environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, alert, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with residents, guests, vendors, concierge teams, valet staff, and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor building entrances, exits, and access points

• Control access for residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and deliveries

• Conduct interior, exterior, garage, and amenity-area patrols

• Monitor CCTV and security systems

• Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents

• Identify and report suspicious or unauthorized activity

• Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports

• Enforce property security procedures and access-control policies

• De-escalate situations professionally and calmly

• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality

• Provide exceptional, professional white-glove customer service

• Communicate and coordinate with concierge, valet, and property management

Qualifications

• Active Florida Class D Security License – Required

• Previous security experience; 3 years preferred

• Luxury condominium or residential security experience strongly preferred

• Experience with CCTV and access-control systems

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• Professional appearance and excellent grooming

• Reliable transportation

• Clean background and professional references

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

• Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional under pressure

• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
