Full job description

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Process customer orders
• Follow up on backordered parts, and contact customer with status
• Ensure that inventory control practices are followed
• Communicate with Store Manager on inventory issues
• Communicate with Store Manager regarding parts availability and pricing
• Provide solutions for the needs of our customers
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Must be able to multi-task and maintain a friendly attitude with customer and coworkers
• Accurately track and store materials in warehouse 
• Tire and Auto Parts Experience Preferred
