What are the responsibilities and job description for the Counter Sales Rep position at Kings Tire Service, Inc?
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process customer orders
- Follow up on backordered parts, and contact customer with status
- Ensure that inventory control practices are followed
- Communicate with Store Manager on inventory issues
- Communicate with Store Manager regarding parts availability and pricing
- Provide solutions for the needs of our customers
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Must be able to multi-task and maintain a friendly attitude with customer and coworkers
- Accurately track and store materials in warehouse
- Tire and Auto Parts Experience Preferred
