Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Serve food items promptly, ensuring presentation aligns with restaurant standards and guest expectations.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy periods seamlessly.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings.
- Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the food industry’s safety standards and food handling procedures is essential.
- Prior nightclub or brewing environment experience can be beneficial for adapting to fast-paced atmospheres.
- Strong skills in sales, customer service, and hospitality are vital for creating positive guest interactions.
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes.
