Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and understanding of Medicine
- Demonstrated expertise in Patient Care and Home Care services, emphasizing patient comfort and recovery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide education to patients and caregivers
- Valid Physical Therapy license and compliance with state requirements
- Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
