We're seeking a passionate, clinically driven General Dentist to join our team full- or part-time and provide high-quality care to a strong, loyal patient base. For the right long-term fit, there is also the potential for future partnership in the practice.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential of $175,000–$350,000/year (base 30% of production)
- $25,000 sign-on bonus ($12,500 on first paycheck and $12,500 at renewal)
- Guaranteed $1,100/day for the first 90 days, then $1,000/day thereafter

Schedule
- Full- or part-time options available

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
- Restorative procedures
- Surgical extractions
- Molar endodontics
- Other general and emergency dental treatments
- Diagnose and present clear, ethical treatment plans
- Coordinate with hygienists, assistants, and front office team to maintain an efficient schedule
- Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent chairside manner
- Contribute to a positive, team-based environment
Requirements
- Active Ohio dental license
- DEA license
- Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
- Competence and confidence with:
- Surgical extractions
- Molar endodontics
- General restorative procedures
- Strong communication and patient education skills
