This full-time administrative position works Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:45-5 pm.
As a Dental Office Assistant - Patient Care Coordinator, you help create a welcoming environment for our patients while completing a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. When patients come through our doors, you greet them with your warm smile. Your sincere and helpful demeanor puts them at ease and helps set the tone for their whole visit. With superb customer service skills, you handle our new patient intake process and answer all our patients' questions. At the end of each visit, you ask permission from the patient to review treatment costs or schedule a future appointment.
Whether you are interacting with patients in person or over the phone, your strong communication skills come in handy. When processing billing and insurance claims, you find solutions that match each patient's needs while ensuring that our clinic is paid properly. While completing administrative tasks, you are dedicated to working efficiently and enjoy being a valuable member of our office team. You enjoy helping our operations run smoothly, and you find satisfaction in seeing our patients happy and smiling while they are in our care!
