What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Radiology Tech position at KINGS DAUGHTERS MEDICAL CENTER?
The Student Radiology Tech assists the radiology team in providing safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services while gaining practical clinical experience. Under supervision, performs basic radiographic procedures, prepares patients for exams, maintains equipment and imaging areas, and supports department workflow. Ensures adherence to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards while developing technical skills and professional competencies in a clinical environment
Currently enrolled in an accredited Radiologic Technology program with completion of at least one year of clinical training required. Basic knowledge of operating various types of x-ray equipment preferred. Current CPR certification required.
