Position Overview
Kingfisher Recruiting has partnered with to find an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential new construction and remodeling projects. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating subcontractors and crews, maintaining strong client communication, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on construction knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through final completion
- Conduct pre-installation inspections and verify project readiness
- Coordinate schedules with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, materials, and labor resources
- Ensure workmanship meets company standards and customer expectations
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and issue resolution with clients
- Perform site visits and quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and job records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction project management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, exterior remodeling, or residential construction practices
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient with project management software, scheduling tools, and mobile technology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest to learn Commercial projects and perform as needed
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
- Understanding of residential permitting and inspections
- Construction management or related education is a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
