What You’ll Do
- Pull marketing data regularly and present it clearly to leadership so decisions are made on facts, not guesswork
- Report directly to the COO on marketing performance and priorities
- Manage our outside marketing vendors (PPC, SEO, direct mail, SMS, cold calling) day to day, hold them accountable to what they said they'd deliver, and flag underperforming vendors or channels
- Lead key marketing initiatives and help develop new marketing channels for the company
- Coordinate with other internal teams to gather creative material (testimonials, job site footage)
- Maintain brand consistency across every channel and piece of material the company puts out, including anything Acquisitions uses in the field
- Shoot photos, video, and testimonials for social and web use, either on job sites or with clients in the office
- Own the social media content calendar and create the content that goes on it
About You
- 0-3 years of marketing experience
- Naturally curious about data and what it's telling you, not just reporting it
- Some exposure to analytics or ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, anything data-adjacent) is a plus
- Organized and comfortable managing 4-5 outside vendors, including pushing back when they're not delivering
- Excited to keep learning about marketing, the industry, and the people we serve
- Comfortable being the one holding the camera
Pay & Benefit Information
- Base salary $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience
- # of PTO: 10 days per year
- Insurance: none
- Company holidays: 10 days/year
- Company 401k with matching available
